Part of my Clear Forward Tools™ course for adults navigating ADHD in their own way, whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring traits, or somewhere in between.
This course supports you to understand binge patterns with compassion and learn how to reset without judgement, pressure, or self-blame.
✨ Inside this course, you will gain:
clarity on why ADHD brains can be more vulnerable to binge cycles involving food, spending, screens, or alcohol
understanding of how dopamine, emotion, and stress interact to keep these cycles going
practical tools to interrupt dopamine-driven loops and pause before acting on urges
kinder, realistic ways to reset habits and support yourself through cravings and impulses
This course is for you if you want freedom from shame-based cycles and a calmer, more supportive relationship with your impulses.
When change is grounded in understanding rather than criticism, progress can begin to feel gentler and more sustainable.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Carol, a counsellor, ADHD coach, and RTT practitioner with a background in psychology. I support adults who are learning about their ADHD and want practical tools that feel calm, realistic, and encouraging for everyday life.
🔹 An overview of how this course is organised and where to begin.
🔹 This overview introduces the Clear Forward Tools™ and the five steps used throughout Break the Binge Cycle.
• How the tools help interrupt automatic binge patterns and create space for more intentional choices
• A brief explanation of each step and how they work together
• A framework you can return to when urges feel strong or patterns start to repeat
🔷 Tools for calming and regulation can be used from the beginning of the course and returned to whenever they feel helpful.
