Part of my Clear Forward Tools™ course for adults navigating ADHD in their own way, whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring traits, or somewhere in between.
This course helps you understand why procrastination shows up with ADHD and supports you to move through it with more calm, clarity, and self-trust.
✨ Inside this course, you will gain:
insight into why starting feels so hard with ADHD, even when something matters to you
understanding of the emotional and nervous system patterns beneath procrastination
ADHD-friendly tools to reduce overwhelm and make beginning feel more manageable
practical ways to build momentum without pressure, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking
This course helps you stop seeing procrastination as a personal failure and start recognising it as a signal that your system needs support.
By working with your brain rather than fighting it, progress can begin to feel steadier, gentler, and more sustainable.
