Part of my Clear Forward Tools™ course for adults navigating ADHD in their own way, whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring traits, or somewhere in between.
This course supports you to understand overwhelm and learn how to calm your mind and body when everything begins to feel like too much.
✨ Inside this course, you will gain:
awareness of the early signs of emotional, sensory, and cognitive overload so you can respond sooner
understanding of how overwhelm builds in the ADHD nervous system and why it can escalate quickly
grounding practices to settle your system and bring you back into balance
gentle tools to reset, regain clarity, and identify your next manageable step
This course is for you if you need a calmer, more supportive way to navigate intense or overloaded moments.
When you want to feel more anchored and less swept away, this module offers a steady path back to centre.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Carol, a counsellor, ADHD coach, and RTT practitioner with a background in psychology. I support adults who are learning about their ADHD and want practical tools that feel calm, realistic, and encouraging for everyday life.
🔹 An overview of how this course is organised and where to begin.
🔹 This overview introduces the Clear Forward Tools™ and the five steps used throughout Calm Overwhelm and Press Reset.
• How the tools help reduce mental overload and support gentle resets without guilt
• A brief explanation of each step and how they work together
• A framework you can return to when everything feels too much or hard to prioritise
🔷 Tools for calming and regulation can be used from the beginning of the course and returned to whenever they feel helpful.
