Part of my Clear Forward Tools™ course for adults navigating ADHD in their own way, whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring traits, or somewhere in between.
This course supports you to move away from over-adapting and reconnect with who you are beneath the mask, so life begins to feel more honest and sustainable.
✨ Inside this course, you will gain:
understanding of how masking can develop with ADHD and why it often becomes a survival strategy
insight into how long-term masking can affect identity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
gentle tools to reconnect with your authentic preferences, needs, and strengths
support to rebuild self-trust and show up in ways that feel realistic rather than performative
This course is for you if you are ready to live with less pressure to perform and more freedom to be yourself. When self-acceptance replaces constant effort, life can begin to feel lighter and more aligned.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Carol, a counsellor, ADHD coach, and RTT practitioner with a background in psychology. I support adults who are learning about their ADHD and want practical tools that feel calm, realistic, and encouraging for everyday life.
🔹 An overview of how this course is organised and where to begin.
🔹 This overview introduces the Clear Forward Tools™ and the five steps used throughout Drop the Mask and Trust Yourself.
• How the tools help reduce masking and reconnect you with your authentic responses
• A brief explanation of each step and how they work together
• A framework you can return to when self-doubt or people-pleasing takes over
🔷 Tools for calming and regulation can be used from the beginning of the course and returned to whenever they feel helpful.
If you choose to use the hypnosis or relaxation recordings, please note the following:
