Part of my Clear Forward Tools course for adults navigating ADHD in your own way, whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring traits, or somewhere in between. This course is for you if you want a calmer, clearer relationship with time.
✨ Inside this course, you will gain:
• Understanding of why time slips, stretches, or disappears with ADHD. • simple tools that build time awareness without stress or pressure. • more ease in planning, prioritising, and completing everyday tasks.
If you want structure that supports you without feeling overwhelming, this module will guide you there.
