Hi, I’m Carol. I’m glad you’re here!

Life can feel loud and demanding, especially when ADHD traits have been part of your story, whether you’re diagnosed or still exploring it. My work is about helping you understand yourself more clearly, ease the pressure you’ve been carrying, and feel more settled in your day-to-day life.

I’m a Pluralistic Counsellor, RTT Practitioner and ADHD Coach with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Counselling. I’ve supported many adults through self-doubt, feeling stuck, and the constant mental load that builds when you’re trying to do your best. I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, so I understand how busy and unpredictable the mind can feel.

My background includes years in community support roles while raising my family, and it showed me just how much people carry behind the scenes. It shaped my belief that support should feel calm, personal and genuinely helpful, not pressured or overwhelming.

What are these courses designed to help with?

These courses are designed to support common ADHD challenges such as overthinking, procrastination, emotional overwhelm, focus, motivation, and organisation. Each course is self-led and can be completed at your own pace.

How long does it take to complete a course?

Each course is self-paced, so there’s no fixed timescale. You can move through the content in a way that works for you, using the videos, worksheets, and hypnosis recordings as and when they’re helpful.

Will this course only benefit me if I have ADHD?

No. While the courses are designed with ADHD in mind, many of the tools and strategies are helpful for anyone who struggles with focus, overwhelm, overthinking, or emotional regulation.

Which options include a discovery call?

A discovery call is recommended for programmes that include 1:1 coaching support. These programmes are more personalised, so the call helps ensure the right fit before we begin.

Do I need to log in to access the courses or free resources?
